Whisky made by watch people.
Horology House Spirits was founded by Nacho Fernandez and Daniel Banks, two people rooted in fine watchmaking and the creative minds behind BOKEN Watches.
They shared an obsession with detail, with craft, and with the rhythm of time. And through watches, they kept recognising something familiar in whisky.
Both worlds demand precision. Both reward patience. Both make objects people collect, compare, argue about and keep. Neither should be rushed.
Horology House came from that idea. Not a watch theme laid over a whisky, but a whisky made by watch people, for a community that already understands why the details matter.
That’s the mission. In practice it means spirits that carry the values of horology: patience, precision, heritage and craftsmanship. From cask selection to packaging, every element is considered. Every bottle is meant to be a tribute to time well spent.

With Hawkridge.
Horology House works with Hawkridge Distillers. The House brings its watch-world perspective, its ideas, its direction on casks and its obsessive approach to detail. Hawkridge brings the distilling and spirits expertise. The partnership lets Horology House make spirits that express its philosophy properly, and the Hawkridge name is on the label for anyone who looks.

The first reference.
Cask & Crown is where it starts: a 14-year-old English single malt from a single barrel, finished in a Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select cask, bottled at 43%, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured. 251 bottles, each hand-bottled and individually numbered.

This is whisky made by watch people.
