Horology House was founded by Nacho Fernandez and Daniel Banks, the creative minds behind BOKEN Watches.
It didn’t begin with two people deciding whisky looked like a good business. It began in the watch world, where they kept noticing how much a good single malt has in common with a good movement.

Every bottle of Batch No. 1 is hand-bottled and individually numbered, with its own serial on the label.
Watch collectors know the feeling. The reference tells you what it is. The serial tells you which one is yours. We gave the whisky the same courtesy.

Nose
Warm caramel and creamy vanilla, reminiscent of freshly baked toffee pudding.
Palate
Smooth, rich and full-bodied, developing layers of golden syrup, honeyed oak and ripe raisins. The raisins bring a delicate fruit sweetness. Beneath sits a subtle wisp of smoke, adding warmth and complexity without overwhelming the sweeter side.
Finish
Long, silky and satisfyingly rich.
